At C&C Machine, we have been manufacturing custom bus bars for more than thirty years. The majority of our customers request copper bus bars that are tin plated. Some request non-plated copper or aluminum. The designs vary with an assortment of shapes, holes, slots and inserts.
We utilize multiple suppliers for our raw copper materials. This helps us control costs and ensure raw material availability.
For lower volume orders, it is not uncommon for us to utilize our machining capabilities. For higher volume orders, we typically utilize our fabrication equipment and perhaps custom tooling.
