- Fall Protection – Construction
- Hazard Communication
- Scaffolding
- Respiratory Protection
- Lockout/Tagout
- Ladders
- Powered Industrial Trucks
- Fall Protection – Training Requirements
- Machine Guarding
- Eye and Face Protection

For 2017, electrical wiring methods held the number 10 spot. For 2018, it has been replaced by eye and face protection. All other top violations remained the same.
