Inflation concerns continues to be the top issue for small businesses. More small business owners are expecting sales to decline in the near future.
According to a survey from the NFIB (National Federation of Independent Businesses), other concerns include worker shortages, overall economic policy, tax increases and regulations.
The NFIB surveys all sorts of small businesses. Their results were similar to a survey by the National Association of Manufacturers which also indicated inflation and worker shortages were top issues. Large and medium sized businesses were more optimistic than small businesses in this survey.
